On the morning of March 4^th, opening ceremony of the 53^rd ASEAN (Laos) Young Leaders Training Program was held in China (Guangxi) International Youth Exchange Institute. Mr. Liao Changyou, Deputy Secretary of Guangxi Committee of CYLC and Secretary of Party Committee of China (Guangxi) International Youth Exchange Institute, Mr. Qin Chaojie, vice president of China (Guangxi) International Youth Exchange Institute and Ms. Li Shan, vice president of China (Guangxi) International Youth Exchange Institute, all faculty and work staff of the institute attended the opening ceremony.

Entrusted by Central Committee of CYLC, Mr. Liao Changyou extended his warm welcome and sincere greetings to Lao young friends coming from afar. Mr. Qin Chaojie delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the institute. and the opening ceremony was hosted by Ms. Li Shan.
