On October 8,2023,the opening ceremony of Cambodia Young Leaders Training Program was held in Nanning, Guangxi. Mr. Rong Liwei, Vice-Chairman of the Guangxi Youth Federation and Deputy Secretary of the Guangxi Committee of Communist Youth League of China, and Mr. Tan Monivann, Member of Central Committee of Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia and Vice-Chairman of Cambodian Chamber of Commerce attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. 20 youth delegates from Cambodian government and Cambodia Youth Federation were participating in this program.
